• Customer Data: We process voice data and phone numbers to create orders. This data is transcribed by our AI partners (Retell AI) and transmitted directly to your Square POS.
• Order Data: We process order details (items, prices, modifiers) to fulfill requests.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide the voice ordering service.
• Sync menus from Square to our AI agent.
• Inject orders into your Square KDS.
• Improve the accuracy of our AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Square: To execute orders and sync menus.
• Retell AI: To transcribe voice calls (audio processing).
• Legal Authorities: If required by law.
