• You are responsible for accurate menu pricing and availability in your Square dashboard.

4. Liability Limitation

SmartJump.AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or missed orders resulting from the use of our service, though we strive for 99.9% uptime.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.
